Jovanni Christian Soto is a freelance professional dancer & fashion stylist based out of Los Angeles. Born and Raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Jovanni Soto (27) has always known dance to be his way of inspiring the world. Since the age of 14, he has trained in numerous amounts of dance styles at Boston Arts Academy, Origination Cultural Arts Center, and the prestigious The Juilliard School in New York City, and has gone on to share the stage with notable credits such as Paula Abdul, Demi Lovato, Janelle Monáe, Alicia Keys, Selena Gomez, and many more.
Throughout the years Jovanni has also developed a strong passion for styling, and although he was very hesitant and nervous about pursing it, he did not let his fears get in the way and has recently started a wardrobe styling business, FitsByJVNI, which has been a huge success. His love for high fashion, opportunities to perform globally, and worldly traditions, have been useful in creating eclectic and timeless looks for numerous industry professionals. Jovanni’s clients include creative directors, choreographers, and performers for icons such as Beyoncé, Madonna, Rihanna, and Britney Spears.
Blessed to have trained at these amazing schools and studios, Origination by far has taught Jovanni two things he has used throughout his entire professional career and has led me to where and who he is today. The first is always being CONSISTENT in what you do, and second is knowing how much your WORK ETHIC speaking volumes to who you are. As a seasoned artist and fashion connoisseur, Jovanni plans to use his platform to not only inspire young individuals to pursue what they love to the BEST of their abilities, but remember not to never doubt your abilities.
